Diana Gallerani, MSN, FNP-C, Founder

Diana Gallerani is a board certified family nurse practitioner with a passion for helping people look and feel their best at any stage of life. With a career spanning clinical care to aesthetic medicine, she has enabled patients of all ages to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.

Diana’s journey began over a decade ago: a Northeastern University School of Nursing graduate, she first became a registered nurse at Boston Children’s Hospital. Providing care to children and their families on a surgical floor sparked a desire to nurture people in emotionally critical moments, fueling her transition into hospice care. As a case manager at Beacon Hospice, Diana felt privileged to utilize her training to support and advocate for patients during the most challenging time in their lives. Her professional passion pushed her to attain a master of science in nursing from Regis College while continuing to work in geriatric care. She later broadened her expertise into aesthetic medicine at Medi Tresse, a leading practice specializing in women’s hair restoration. As director of clinical services, Diana experienced how cosmetic treatment could lead to life-changing outcomes, and loved helping patients regain a lost piece of their identity.

The joy of promoting self-care and restoring confidence led to the founding of DG Medical Aesthetics. As head of her practice, Diana is certified in top non-invasive cosmetic treatments including Botox, Filler, Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy and microneedling. The gratification she derives through helping others discover their inner and outer beauty drives her patient-centric approach and undeniable results.
